Welcome to Colorplay Artspace! By enrolling in our workshops, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Workshop Overview

Colorplay Artspace offers process-based art and sensory play workshops for children of various age groups. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, our sessions emphasize creativity, exploration, and joyful mess-making through hands-on materials.

2. Registration & Payment

  • Each session is $20 per child.

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your child’s spot.

  • Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the costs associated with creating our beautiful play sessions, refunds are not available.

  • If you cancel your booking 48 hours before the start time of the session, you may request a make-up session. Please email us to arrange a reschedule.

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before the session) or no-shows will not be eligible for make-ups or credits.

4. Age & Participation

  • Workshops are intended for children of various ages groups depending on the session.

  • Children under 4 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Children who are not fully potty trained must be accompanied by an adult.

  • It is the responsibility of parents or caregivers to closely supervise younger children during sessions.

5. Materials & Safety

  • We use a wide variety of art and sensory materials, including natural, recycled, and food-based items (e.g., rice, pasta, oats).

  • All materials are carefully selected and always non-toxic.

  • Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or sensitivities.

6. Health Policy

  • Please keep your child home if they are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation if a child appears sick upon arrival.

7. Clothing & Clean-Up

  • We strongly recommend dressing your child in clothes that can get messy.

  • Smocks are provided, but process art and sensory play can be delightfully unpredictable!

8. Media & Photography

  • We may take photos or videos during sessions to share on our website or social media.

  • By participating, you consent to your child being photographed unless you opt out in writing.

9. Liability Waiver

  • Participation in Colorplay Artspace is at your own risk.

  • We are not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages that may occur during or after class.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s behavior and safety during class time.

10. Behavior & Inclusion

  • We strive to foster a welcoming, respectful, and joyful environment for all children.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in early dismissal from a session (no refund given).
